Xochimilco – Market Food Tour and Boat Ride on Mexico City Canals!

Follow us in this video as we adventure through Xochimilco in Mexico City! Xochimilco has a very unique town square market where you can find great local food! Xochimilco is also a UNCESCO World Heritage Site and a special part of Mexico City’s pre-Hispanic past. It’s a canal system that was used throughout the valley which includes 189 kilometers of canals! Today you can visit and ride on a gondola-like boat called a trajinera which will take you on a ride around.
